AZ Senior Cares Foundation is a nonprofit committed to bridging the gap between vulnerable, low-income seniors and the vital care they need but can't always afford. Through targeted financial assistance and emergency services, the foundation enables seniors to access in-home support, mobility equipment, advocacy in times of crisis, and

medical supplies—helping to preserve dignity, independence, and safety in their golden years. By partnering with caregivers, community organizations, and donors, they create a safety net that empowers seniors to remain healthy, connected, and independent for as long as possible. Bridging the gap for vulnerable Seniors between services out of reach and services available, by providing knowledge, access, and means.
